Sleep to Thrive
Since 2023, I have delivered both online and in person works on menopause and menstrual health, educate and advocate for women to work with our cyclical hormonal changes.
I have helped more than 50 female clients over age 40, with different cultural and ethic backgrounds to manage sleep disturbances, insomnia, anxiety, mood swings.
I offer both 1: 1 and group program to help clients sleep better, feel more energised through simple, holistic qigong & yoga practice, based on the principals of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Sessions with Fang have been very special and different for me.
