Introduction:

In times of transition—physical, emotional, hormonal, or spiritual—our bodies carry both the memory and the possibility of transformation.

Stillpoint Sessions are 1:1 embodied healing experiences designed for women navigating midlife, chronic pain, hormonal shifts, or emotional exhaustion. Each session integrates menopause-informed yoga therapy, gentle Qigong, and Chinese medicine wisdom to restore rhythm, vitality, and deep inner presence.

  • Women in perimenopause or menopause

  • Those experiencing chronic tension, sleep disruption, or fatigue

  • Anyone craving grounded, compassionate care

What Happens in a Session:

  • Guided movement + breath

  • Meridian-based energetic balancing

  • Nervous system co-regulation

  • Deep listening + custom tools to practice at home
