After a successful career in business and many ultra marathons, I started another chapter of entrepreneurship as a yoga therapist on women's wellbeing.
I love helping and empowering people.
Through the many one on one sessions, workshops, in-personal conversations, I realised few of my family, friends, and clients sleep well, due to various reasons.
This realization highlighted how something as basic and natural as good sleep had become a luxury for many in our fast-paced modern world.
That’s when I decided to delve deeper into the science of sleep and become a sleep coach, determined to help others reclaim their right to restful nights.
I adopted a holistic approach based on yoga, qigong and traditional Chinese medicine to help clients tackle fatigue, anxiety, stress, sleep disturbances and insomnia.
My approach:
I believe the balance of playfulness and steadiness as the best way forward in life, and never underestimates how sitting, breathing, and conscious movement grant the peace and compassion needed to meet the joyful, messy, and unpredictable job of being human.
