Hello, I’m Fang Wei.
Sleep coach, Yoga therapist, Qigong instructor—and someone who believes that being fully alive starts with being fully present in your own body.
Before I found this path, I spent years in business, ran ultramarathons, and chased success through movement and momentum. But it was only when I slowed down that I discovered my real work: helping others restore rhythm, rest, and relationship with themselves.
Through hundreds of conversations—clients, friends, family—I saw a pattern:
no one was sleeping well.
Anxiety, hormonal shifts, overstimulation, chronic pain...
What should be a natural reset had become a nightly battle.
That’s when I chose to study sleep deeply, and to integrate my background in Yoga therapy, Qigong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine into a holistic path for healing.
Today, I work with women—especially in midlife and menopause—who want to reconnect to their bodies, reclaim their rest, and feel whole again.
✧ My approach is gentle but powerful:
Movement rooted in rhythm, not force
Breath as medicine
Awareness as a tool for real change
A balance of playfulness and steadiness
And always, a quiet respect for the complexity of being human
If you’re navigating fatigue, insomnia, emotional shifts, or simply seeking a return to center—
I’m here.
Not to fix you. But to help you remember what your body already knows.
